District Kiwanis by-laws in the qualifications, support and training of
all Lt. Governor’s in the district.

Past Lt. Governor’s Association is fully aware of what the
responsibilities of the Lt. Governor are, and we are continually
striving to make sure that whoever serves in that capacity is ready, and
have the resources available to them so they can serve their division to
